Running Makes Life a Little Bit Better

Today I decided to do a longer run but the weather wasn't cooperating very well. So I decided to workout on the treadmill. I like to call this workout 5 Mile Interval Fun!!

This was an intense workout especially minutes 45-50! I was super excited at what I had accomplished this morning. I felt like I killed this workout and I can't wait to do it again. :)

The best part about housesitting is having a gym in the comfort of my own home. I can workout whenever I feel like it. :)

After my workout I decided that I should stuff my face with some healthy food. I made the smoothie from yesterday but I added protein powder this time. :) I also made a leftover quesadilla from earilier this week...it was even better the third or fourth time. :)


This workout definitely gave me more energy and I can't wait to have a lazy Sunday full of Lindsay Time. I have nothing scheduled which feels awesome...I am going to read, skype and relax! Thank goodness for Sunday's!
